- Prepare your 8 top portfolio images (minimum 150 dpi and saved as .jpg) by saving each file as your first name, underscore, last name, underscore, and numbered numerically from 1 to 8 (i.e., FIRST_LAST_1.JPG)
- Three (3) Portfolio References

  - Amount Specified or Purchased in the last 1-3 years
Once prepared, click on any of the Apply Now buttons on the website. All applications are due by April 30, 2026. If your application is denied or the trip is canceled, your investment will be refunded to the original payment method. The application fee is non-refundable.
Once submitted and paid, expect your results via email within 14 business days. A refund (minus the $150 application fee) will automatically be submitted to the denied applicants. The application fee is non-refundable. No action is necessary if denied.

Important to note: Airfare and transportation to and from the first and last destinations on the itinerary are not included and are each registrant's responsibility to plan, schedule, and purchase. A minimum of 8 attendees must be registered 60 days before the first day of the itinerary; otherwise, the trip will be canceled, and your registration fee minus the application fee will be refunded. Otherwise, refunds will not be permitted. Please note that Broadview Tours is not responsible for refunding personal transportation or accommodations.
